| Matoaka Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1907 in Matoaka, WV. We are a Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department. We have two fire stations. Station One is located in Matoaka, WV and Station Two is located in Lashmeet, WV on Ruritan Lane. We are here to serve our Community. Not only are we firefighters, but we have First Responders which includes three E.M.T.'s and two Paramedics that assist Rescue Squads on medical calls. We also work with Search & Rescue. |
